For the last 17
years, I've worked with the leaders of organisations, and their
people, helping create a vision of what their world could be like,
and then helping them to achieve it.
I believe in
the enormous potential that people have and love to see them
discover and tap into it in every aspect of their life. Leadership, to me,
is about people having the impact they want to have in the world.
My job is to support them turning this dream into reality.
While I am a
futurist and strategist, my work has its roots in organisation
development and is shaped by my training as a psychotherapist,
sports coach, and minister.
Sometimes this work
means exploring decisions and strategies that are facing the
individual in their day-to-day work. Other times, it may
involve helping them to investigate new career options, even
complete changes of path. I am an inveterate networker and
frequently help seasoned professionals look at ways of building a
better profile in this rapidly changing society.
If you would like
to know more about my background, the projects I am involved in, and
the books I've written, then you can visit my main professional
website:
www.grahamwilson.org.
I am very active on
ecademy,
running several special interest forums and clubs, most are open to
anyone, and you are welcome to join me there.
My blog on
leadership, management, personal, business, and organisation
development is called
'minorquestionsoflife.blogspot.com',
and whereas some people use
twitter for
personal stuff, I tend to use it to keep people posted on topics of
particular interest to me - especially corporate governance,
climate adaptation, corporate social responsibility, psychotherapy,
and personal development.
