Anne is a Naturopath-Herbalist who also practices N.A.E.T. (allergy, intolerance and sensitivity identification & treatment), ThetaHealing and 'Fertility Solutions'.

As a Naturopath, Anne’s approach is from the basis of your diet and digestion to ensure your optimum health.  Initially this is likely to include finding out (by muscle response testing) whether you have any allergies, intolerances or sensitivities, starting with the basic nutrients that underpin the working of the body, and progressing through food groups, individual foods, contactants like materials/chemicals and inhalants including pollen, animal dander etc.  A single, simple and pleasant treatment using acupressure points and a single day of avoidance of the item, can enable the body accept the it symptom-free.  Most people notice a direct benefit after eliminating just a few allergens this way.  Weight issues can be optimised and symptom-free health is possible without further attention.

It is very quick and easy to run through this testing if you have no such issues.  Testing in this way means you can reassure yourself of your health status towards you recovery or set yourself on the path to put your problems behind you without daunting lengthy avoidance of foods you love. 

As it becomes clear what your body can digest, metabolise and absorb, any genuine deficiencies (or excesses) still remaining are then addressed with tailor-made herbal remedies or the right brand and type of supplement for you, in the knowledge that these will be effective and not tax the body further, thus strengthening your immunity.  These are mailed directly to a convenient address for you, or brought in to a future appointment for you so there is no shopping and wondering what is the right thing to buy!

Anne also qualified in Reflexology (2000), Celloid Mineral Therapy (2000), Iridology, Ear acupuncture, Bach and Bush Flower Remedies, Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine approaches to diagnostics and herbal medicine, as part of her Naturopath-Herbalist training and Applied Kinesiology (2003) and JMT (2004), which are also dipped in to if your condition indicates their use.

Most of Anne's clients have already been through the medical route, but not all.  They typically have a combination of poor immunity, bowel, menstrual, sleep and/or skin problems, but she has successfully treated a wide variety of issues with her holistic approach. 

Anne is member of the Complementary Medical Association and the Unified Register of Herbal Practitioners. She holds a London University Psychology B.Sc. and Health Psychology M.Sc. and previously worked for the NHS and Department of Health in research.
