Catherine has been
teaching the Feldenkrais Method since 2005, having trained in
California and Switzerland with gifted trainers who had worked with
the creator of the Feldenkrais Method, Moshe Feldenkrais. Coming to
the Feldenkrais Method through her professional acting career she
found great benefits in both movement and breathing and then decided
to become a Feldenkrais Method teacher herself.
As a practitioner
member of the Feldenkrais Guild UK, Catherine Pinhorn is fully
insured and recognised to teach in the UK. Catherine’s background is
in theatre and works as a performer and theatre director in
conjunction with her teaching.
