Rhaya Jordan

Rhaya has been in practice since 1987. Born and brought up in Australia, she trained in various bodywork disciplines before her final four years studying Naturopathy in Sydney. Her training included herbal medicine homeopathy and nutrition. She was the Naturopathic Director of Blackmores UK, training practitioners and holding seminars for the public throughout the UK. She had two private practices in London, one in the City of London and one in Notting Hill. She left Blackmores to join the University of Westminster where she helped write the Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Therapy. She was a Senior Lecturer in Health Sciences, teaching Anatomy, Clinical skills, Nutrition, Biochemistry and Complimentary Therapies. She was involved in setting up the largest Complementary Health training clinic in Europe and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education.

She has returned to London after spending some years back in the Australian sun. She studied Pilates at ‘The Intelligent Body’ in Melbourne and is a fully qualified instructor. She also worked within a community pharmacy that specialised in diabetes, and a GP-lead community-based eating disorders group. These experiences, coupled with her years of teaching and clinical practices, have shaped her current dedication to helping people normalise their relationship with food.
