Lesley comes from a background in the City of London where she worked for a large insurance company as their software support and word processing co-ordinator before leaving in 1996 to pursue a full-time career in complimentary therapies.
Initially qualifying as a massage therapist in 1995 she went on to specialise in sports massage, Indian head massage and aromatherapy. She consolidated this knowledge by gaining a BSc Hons degree in Therapeutic Bodywork at the University of Westminster in 2004.
Lesley lectures at the Universities of Westminster and Greenwich teaching Therapeutic Massage as well as running a private clinic in South East London.
She has an integrative approach to treatments utilising her knowledge together with specialised techniques to create a personalised and individual experience.
