Kay loves to help others to lighten the load, to release the burdens of the past, releasing limiting beliefs and conditioning, clearing toxicity, healing the effects of life events that make us unhappy and unwell.
Her intention is to help set her clients free, enabling you to take the journey toward being yourself at your very, very best. In this state we flow, we grow, and are able to fulfill our purpose with joy!

When we’re nicely hydrated we flow, our body’s happy and we’re happy.
On the flip side, there are of course those who drink way too much water because they feel (or have been told) it’s healthy Read more…
Forgive and Set Your Health Free In my practice I often see health problems which have resulted from incidents in the past which have been held on to, literally. They cause a hardening in the body, imbalances in the emotional realm and basically disease and unhappiness. By holding on to the past we feel heavy, depressed and can’t possibly flow, shine or move forward. We can’t possibly fulfil our life purpose.
So many people see forgiveness as a bad thing because it gives kudos to what the other person has ‘done to us’ but actually Read More…
