Anne Samuel BSc MSc MURHP MCMA
Anne is a Naturopath-Herbalist who specialises in identifying and treating intolerances and sensitivities to food, environmental and emotional issues using NAET® (an energy-balancing technique) and ThetaHealing®.
Initial appointments include naturopathic dietary advice as part of the case-history taking session and identification of any sensitivities or intolerances you have to food or your environment (using muscle response testing or dowsing) and a NAET® foundational energy-balancing treatment. If you have sensitivities or intolerances and wish to proceed with NAET® for that, we continue in a similar way as the initial appointment. It’s a clothes-on (shoes and watch off!!) therapy using acupressure points – no needles and involving a maximum 40-hour avoidance period of relevant items for food or material issues after the treatment. A ‘clearing period’ for emotional or spiritual issues does not require avoidance.

Supplements, tailor-made herb or flower essence mixtures etc if indicated, are also tested on you to identify what is suitable for you personally using muscle response testing or dowsing. If they support your body’s healing usually they are taken for a defined period. Immune-supportive elements can continue to be purchased after your last treatment because any such item Anne doesn’t bring in for you can be mailed directly to a convenient address for you, so there is no wondering what is the right thing to buy or when you’ll have time to buy it!
Anne qualified in Reflexology (2000), Celloid Mineral Therapy (2000), Iridology, Ear acupuncture, Bach and Bush Flower Remedies, Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine approaches to diagnostics and herbal medicine, as part of her Naturopath-Herbalist training (2002) and Applied Kinesiology (2003) and JMT (2004), which are also dipped in to if your condition indicates their use.
Anne is member of the Complementary Medical Association and the Unified Register of Herbal Practitioners. She holds a London University Psychology B.Sc. and Health Psychology M.Sc. and previously worked for the NHS and Department of Health in research.
