Chris originally trained as a librarian and worked in further education colleges for 15 years.
She has a wide variety of sporting interests including tennis, horse-riding, martial arts (she holds a first degree belt in Wu Shu Kwan – Chinese Boxing) and running, as well as a general interest in health, fitness and alternative medicine.
In 1991 she decided to embark on a new career in sport and complementary therapies, and went on to gain a Diploma with credit from the London School of Sports Massage.
Chris is now a Senior Tutor on the LSSM Introductory and Diploma Courses and lectures at the University of Westminster.
Practising in London, Hertfordshire and Essex, she treats a wide variety of sports people and others.
She is the sports massage therapist to the Great Britain Paralympics Athletics Team, and has attended a number of international events including the Paralympics Games in Atlanta in 1996 and Sydney 2000.
